Cathy Strasser is an Occupational Therapist and author whose first books, the White Mountain Mysteries, have been published by Oak Tree Press. The books, An Uncertain Grave and An Unexpected Corpse, are humorous hiking mysteries set in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Cathy’s short story “Afterward”, published in the Chrysalis Reader, was nominated for the 2007 Pushcart Prize. Cathy has had short stories published in several magazines and anthologies, and was a finalist in the “Family Matters” competition of Glimmer Train Magazine.
Cathy belongs to The New Hampshire Writer’s Project and the New England Chapter of Sisters in Crime. She lives in Sugar Hill, NH with her husband, her writing partners (two dogs and two cats), and is currently working on the third book in the White Mountain Mystery series, An Unlikely Death.
